Qiyada App functions solely as an electronic intermediary between students seeking driving lessons and certified instructors. The app itself does not provide driving training services and is not responsible for any agreements or interactions between the student and instructor outside the app.
The student is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration or booking. The student must attend scheduled lessons and communicate directly with the instructor in case of any rescheduling or cancellation. The app shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes occurring during or resulting from the training.
The instructor is fully responsible for adhering to scheduled lessons, ensuring training quality, and maintaining vehicle safety. The instructor must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding driving instruction. The app shall not be liable for any violations, misconduct, or damages caused by the instructor.
Qiyada App and its owning company are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from financial transactions between the student and instructor, lesson cancellations or delays, or accidents during training. The app’s role is limited to facilitating booking, payment, and communication only.
All payments are processed through the available payment methods in the app. Cancellation or refund policies are subject to conditions specific to each training package. The app reserves the right to withhold any due amounts in cases of policy violations or late cancellations.
Qiyada App reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the local laws of the country in which the service is provided. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
By registering or using Qiyada App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
