Payment and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a reliable and flexible experience for all our users. Below is the payment and refund policy for booking driving instructors via the app:
1. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking using the available payment methods in the app.
- Booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.
- All payments include VAT (if applicable).
2. Refunds and Cancellations
- Users may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the session to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method.
- In case the user fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered cancelled with no refund.
3. Rescheduling
- Users may request to reschedule their session once, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to the instructor's availability.
4. Instructor Cancellations
- If the instructor cancels a session, the user will be notified immediately and offered the choice to:
- Receive a full refund.
- Or reschedule the session to another suitable time.
